Ben, go for it! I like this thread a lot. It's interesting to see what people think as the best.thing.ever. : I agree with a lot of things (or at least say "oooh that's nice!") and then there are some that boggle my mind. But then it's all due to our personal connections to those things. Like Mary's ocean. I can totally see why she would choose it. Or maybe I'm wrong. But to me "ocean" is something that's in between me and a certain someone (although right now we're under the same roof) so it's a separating thing in my mind. However, I'm a big fan of lakes, heeee  And Trevor's fresh fruit. Now why didn't I think of that? The first time I tasted fresh pineapple was about a year ago. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? And at that moment, I was sure it was indeed the best thing ever. To be able to enjoy fresh fruits is just... wow. I still need to come up with two more best.things in my list. *puts the thinking cap on* |

Don't think I'm gonna come up with too many general things though, especially as you gyus have done such a great job naming all the things that are "the best" so far... but surely gonna think of it!  |

I didn't assume I was the only one you were referring to. I just thought I'd let you know (because you asked, lol...) and maybe other people could do the same...just so you don't end up waiting around for no reason to start the brackets.

Here's Jenni's list of what I have come up for 2nd and 3rd
2) Laughing out loud so hard you have to stop to catch your breath.
3) Someone voluntarily meeting you "half way there" in order to ease your load. Be it an actual physical distance or when you're trying to talk about something difficult.
Hm. Tough. I'm sure as soon as I post this I come up with better ones...
