About Humpty Dumpty After finally buying Neverwhere and American Gods (I found this amazing Sci-fi bookstore when visiting Stockholm over the weekend), I checked out Neil Gaiman's website and found this hilarious short story (The case of four and twenty back birds). You know, Tori has a sung about Humpty Dumpty, and Neil has written this detective story about his death... is there a link? Did you know about this? If you haven't read it, do it now. If you have, why the hell didn't you tell me about it?! #61# ;D I think I would have liked it even better if I was familiar with more nursery rhymes. Oh, you'd like Smoke And Mirrors!

well Helen, you're misrepresenting my image for Aimee. it's not like i always hated the song. i didn't even know it till a couple days ago and then i hated it. LOL Yeah, but you were a freak way before then, too

Ok, somebody get me a freakin' Interpol CD before I spend my entire wage, lol. Thanks for the info Sabs and Mayrs - I love both of your tastes in music so I trust you. Der! I should actually know that song because it would have been played on Triple J, but naughty me has been making kick-arse playlists on my iPod, which means less radio-listening time For shame.... I know Jodi would give me a smack for that. I heard the new Stereophonics album the other day, and I was getting quite into that. But you know when you hear something elsewhere and it sounds great, and then when you get it yourself it doesn't sound as great anymore? Well, it's happened before, and I have a feeling this could be one of those albums. But I'd like to try them, too anyway. Sabsy, do you know - I remember just about throwing Pele on the floor when I first heard it! Now she is like a dear, dear friend

LOL, rock on Pascal! Meanwhile, I'm thinking of changing my signature picture. Have been for a while now, as a matter of fact, but I can't find anything good enough to replace Kate Bush with unless.... it's more Kate Bush! i just gotta find a good picture and think of a smart song line.

Hels and matty, I flickr, too. I'll have to get with you both. Helen, I LOOOVE Stereophonics. Carly first mentioned them to me/Sean but another friend sent me some of the new songs and I'm in love. And yes, do give Interpol a try.
