Thanks  I spent a while on a Pink Floyd lj community last night, stealing any icons that amused me. I've put a couple of the sillier ones to use on my lj too. I really feel like watching the Pompeii dvd after all that!! 27 sleeps till dodgy Rog!  |

Omg.. this time exactly 2 weeks from now I'll be at the Big Day Out.
*totally giddy*
AND.. Tool are going to be playing for an hour and a half, instead of the usual 1 hour set the bands get - so it'll almost be like a full concert. Thank feck for that.

Today, finally, I found out that my blood type is A+. For years, I thought I was O+ so I'm sort of a bit confused, or something...
I had to find out because in Japan, asking someone's blood type is like asking someone's horoscope, and the many horrified looks I got after saying "I don't know" kind of spooked me a bit!
So there I am. Law-abiding, reserved and punctual. Amongst many Libran traits, haha.

On a different forum I post on, we trade mixed CDs. This is what someone had to say about mine. I thought it was hilarious.
I guess I always knew she'd challenge me one day, but there's no question I have to hand Carly the crown for PattyNet's Most Depressing Mix for this collection, beating my Drowned By The Undertow compilation by an obscene margin. Hopefully I can summon the will to get out of bed tomorrow morning after listening to it twice... Seriously, this mix is fantastic! It just hurts so good, and I love how I can feel Carly's battered but defiant spirit running all the way through it.
