 I love kate bush. I do notice a similarity, but you can find similarities such as high voices, quirky lyrics and creative bridges between many female artists. One thing is for certain, both kate and tori share an ability to portray their passion intensly and truthfully. By truthfully i mean they really believe what they are singing. Theyre telling us a story and painting us a picture.I find them similar to artists like David Bowie, Peter Gabriel and even the old Roxy Music. These artists take you somewhere else when you listen to them-- theyre not just singers, there artists who have the ability to create a whole atmosphere. Like magic.
