For those of you who have seen Damien Rice in concert or know someone who has. Is he any good? He's playing here in ATL and I'm considering buying tickets. I have one of his cds (O) and it's fantastic.

Usually I end up in the balcony but this time I got tickets on the floor!

Natasha and Aimee: ELTON IS FANTASTIC LIVE!
The husband and I had awful seats, but it did not matter where we were sitting once Elton hit the stage! If you ever have the opportunity to see him live, jump on it. He puts on a really great show.

One week ago, I saw The Killers in Frankfurt and it has really been one of the best concerts I've been to so far... Me and my friend, we stood front row and Brandon Flowers was singing right in front of me and I was really sort of paralyzed! He is definitely the sexiest male musician at the moment! The atmosphere at the concert was great, too...I was screaming and singing so loud I lost my voice for two days, but yes, it was definitely worth it ;D Here's the best picture we got from sexy Brandon:

I did have the opportunity! lol he came here a few months ago but he only did a show in Wellington and I couldn't really afford to fly down there for it. Not after spending a squillion bucks on my Roger Waters ticket (overall, I'd say I made the right choice but I'm still kinda sad about having to miss Elton.. hehe)

And @ that photo. *sigh* Yeah, there was a small box on the stage right in front of my face and while we were waiting for the concert to begin I wondered for what purpose this box was there... I knew for what reason it was there when Brandon jumped onto it during When You Were Young and performed half of the song on it!!! It was gorgeous...and I think twice or even thrice, he looked me right into my eyes! ;D at the end, the drummer threw some of his drum sticks to the audience, one in our direction..my friend even managed to catch it, but there was this stupid bitch next to him, who punched at his hand so that the lost the stick and it flew down to the floor... then, I could have killed him, this silly security guy picked it up and gave it to that bitch But I wasn't too agry because the concert itself had been fantastic and I wouldn't let this little incident get me down for the rest of the evening

It was gorgeous...and I think twice or even thrice, he looked me right into my eyes! ;D Aww!! (lol I got such a stupid fan-girlie expression on my face when I read that part) The whole thing sounds awesome. When I saw them it was a shitty festival and they had sound problems so it was basically the biggest letdown ever. *sigh*
