The whole thing sounds awesome. When I saw them it was a shitty festival and they had sound problems so it was basically the biggest letdown ever. *sigh*

Oh yeah, that's pretty bad! You should really try to experience them in a proper concert...you see, this is exactly the reason why I don't like festivals...sure, you get a bunch of great artists live, but overall it's too crowded and all for my taste.

i have no idea if she's still making music or not, but the concert was great from what i can remember (loooong time ago!). she was in a tiny club here and it was the first (and last) time i ever went crowd surfing! that's when it was still newish and kind of cool! haha

anyway, got tossed up onstage and did a little shimmy with her quickly before security chased me away!

The Damien Rice concert was awesome, however I saw Ben Folds/John Mayer earlier this week and was really disappointed. I should of went to either Deftones, or Tool instead. What was I thinking?

Deftones too. I saw them at a music festival once and they weren't as good as I'd hoped, but then again music festival atmosphere sucks and also they played way too much from Adrenaline and not enough variety so it all got a bit same old....

I was supposed to be going to a 2 night festival with Alice Cooper, Poison, Ozzy etc.. but decided to flag that in favour of QOTSA/Pumpkins because they're better. ha ha ha.

the cure?? i'm so jealous. i would love to see them probs more than any other band ever. they are touring europe over the summer( i think) and the festival i'm hopefully going to is the kind of thing they would probably play at and there has been talk about them possibly headlining on the last night bjork did it in 2007. i forgot to add the pumpkins to my list that was years ago i saw them. have funat queens of the stone age they're meant to be great live.
